Today, we are remembering Joseph on his 10th birthday. His family have paid for a full day’s care at the hospice.
“We’ll always be thankful for Claire House for all the extra special memories we have of our beautiful boy, Joseph.
“Joseph loved coming to Claire House for his respite visits and we would come along as a family and stay too. His stays were full of love and laughter and that was shown on his smiley face.
“Joseph passed away at Claire House on the 18/10/2016 exactly one week after celebrating his 8th birthday there on the 11/10/2016.
“He was surrounded by all his loving family and by all the love Claire House gives. His time in the Butterfly suite was so special to us all and we will be forever grateful for that time, care and love not only towards Joseph but to our whole family.
“Claire House still support and care for us now, 2 years on, we will never be able to put into words how much this means to us.”
