Today, on the 31st of July, we are remembering Claire Cain on her 40th birthday. Claire was the inspiration behind Claire House, and this year her family and friends have raised over £40,000 in her memory.
Claire’s 40 for 40 appeal was set up to fund a year-long Music and Care package, which will enable local children and families to enjoy music; both in the hospice and out in the community.
Claire’s mum and dad, Chris and Bobby said: “Claire loved singing and playing the piano and keyboard. Music is therapeutic and relaxing and the music package is a fitting tribute to Claire on her 40th birthday.”
