Do you have great attention to detail? Enjoy working on the computer? Want to put a couple of hours of your free time to good use?
We’re looking for a friendly volunteer to support our busy staff and help to improve our communications at Claire House. You’ll provide ongoing administrative support, primarily typing up notes after meetings and also taking notes during some virtual meetings. There’s also the potential to assist with other general admin tasks if appropriate.
You’ll need great attention to detail and to have access to your own laptop/computer. You’ll be volunteering from home, so you’ll also need to be comfortable working independently and have a bit of space to work in (as we’ll give you notes/resources including flip chart paper to store for your role).
There’s no set times for this role, it’ll be done on an ad-hoc basis. All you’ll need is a couple of hours to spare each month and be happy to help when we need you!
Please note that this role is not hospice-based and will be done remotely.
