Lian Rogan

Lian joined Claire House in 2022 as Director of Finance and Operations, heading up our Business Support department. Lian comes with 18 years’ experience of the charity sector gained at the Riverside Group, one of the leading social housing providers in the UK. Most recently she was Head of Finance Projects and Continuous Improvement. She’s also a Trustee at Caring Connections.

Lian lives in Liverpool with her husband, son and French bulldog. She enjoys going to the cinema and walking outdoors as much as possible.

She says, “I really enjoy working at Claire House because my teams can see how we support our care and fundraising teams to deliver our vision of reaching every dying child and family. It is a very collaborative sector and I am keen to work with other leaders in a support role to drive the change needed to support the delivery of children’s palliative care.”
