Claire House Children’s Hospice is delighted to have featured on the 2018 Children in Need Appeal Show, which aired on Friday 16th November.

The show featured the story of two brothers Archie and Stanley and the help they’ve received from play specialist Lawren at the Wirral hospice and health care support worker Alex at home.

Claire House has been fortunate to feature on Children in Need three times in recent years; in 2011 with Elliot Wild’s story, in 2014 with Ellie Cook’s story and in 2016 with Abigail and Harrison Ledsham’s story.

Children in Need has given grants to Claire House amounting to nearly £400,000 since 2001. It is this money, as well as other generous donations from the public that mean Claire House can continue to provide a lifeline for families.
